Most of our projects arrive from an organisation that has already tried. There is a core system that cannot be replaced, a process the regulator dictates, and a vendor who said it could not be done. That is where we come in.
We do not start from technology. We start from the business process, from the people who actually operate it, and from the systems already in place that cannot be touched. Only then do we decide what to build and how it connects.

How it works
Specification
We sit with the people who run the process, not only with the people who commission the system. The output is a document you can build from.
Integration
The system connects to what exists — databases, SOAP and REST services, identity systems and archives. Nothing has to be replaced.
Production
A controlled go-live, with a separate test environment, monitoring and logs. A system that is not in production is not a product.
Maintenance
The same people who built the system keep maintaining it. It does not get handed to another team.
