Outsourcing
Not staff augmentation — ownership of a whole component.
The difference between outsourcing that works and outsourcing that burns is who owns the outcome. With us the ownership is over the component, not over the seat.
We join an existing team, work in its tools and processes — version control, code review, test environments — and hand back a component that works. In many cases we are also the ones who maintain it afterwards.
When it fits
You have a team, you lack depth
The in-house team knows the system but has no time for a new component. We take the component, not the system.
Technology you do not have in house
Document accessibility, digital signatures, Hebrew-calendar computation — fields it is not worth hiring for.

How is this different from staff on loan?
With staff on loan you get a person and manage them. With us you get responsibility for a component: we commit to the deliverable, and its day-to-day management stays with us.
How do you work with our existing team?
In your tools and processes — your version control, your code reviews, your test environments. We do not bring a new process; we join the existing one.
Can we start small?
Starting small is better: one well-defined component. If the work is good — expand; if not — part ways with no damage.
