Talmudo BeYado
An e-reader for study. The device arrives with the whole library installed, and from every Talmud page you can touch every commentary on it.

A whole bookshelf, weighing no more than a single book. Talmudo BeYado is not an app you download — it is an e-ink device by BOOX, and the software is not sold separately from it.
It comes in two sizes — 10 inch for studying at a desk, and 7 inch that fits in a pocket. The same library and the same application on both. The Talmudo BeYado site carries the full specification, the books on the device, the prices and the ordering.
What sets it apart
From a Talmud page — to every commentary on it
A Talmud page is open before you, and one tap opens the list of the commentaries on that exact page — Rashi, Tosafot, Rashba, Ritva, Rosh, Meiri, Rav Nissim Gaon, Maharsha, Pnei Yehoshua and more. The same throughout the other books: every source is linked to the sources on it, and you come back to exactly the same spot.

The original page layout
The page is kept exactly as you are used to it — for the Talmud and for the Mishnah Berurah. The same look, the same place on the page, and the same visual memory built over years.
Works entirely offline
The whole library is loaded on the device itself. No network and no reception are needed at any stage — in the beit midrash, on the road, and anywhere without internet.
Search across all the books
Type a word and get every occurrence of it in the library, without getting up and without leafing through the volumes.
A screen that is easy on the eyes
E-ink looks like paper, and you can read on it for long hours even with no screen lighting.
