A few short points about using this site. They do not replace an agreement — an agreement with a client is signed separately and in writing.

What is here

The site describes what we do: systems we have built, products we sell, and case studies. The descriptions are written to describe real systems accurately, but they are descriptions and not a binding specification. A binding specification, timetable and price are set out in a quotation and an agreement.

Intellectual property

The material on this site — text, screenshots, diagrams, logo and design — is ours, or we hold the right to use it. You are welcome to quote and link to us with attribution; substantial parts of the site may not be copied for commercial use without written permission. Our clients' names and marks belong to them and appear here to describe work actually carried out.

Screenshots and demonstration data

The screenshots on this site show real systems, but the data in them is demonstration data or has been masked. No real client or personal information appears on this site.

Links to other sites

The site links to sites that are not ours. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We work to keep the information here accurate and current, and correct it when we learn otherwise. Even so the site is provided “as is”: we are not liable for loss arising from relying on information here without checking it with us, and we do not undertake that the site will be continuously available.

Law and jurisdiction

Use of this site is governed by the law of the State of Israel. The courts of the Jerusalem district have exclusive jurisdiction.
